Something wrong with your order?
Don’t stress — we’ll take care of it! Here’s what to do:
🟡 Missing Items
Opened your package and something’s not there?
- Check your email — we may have notified you if an item was out of stock.
- If you didn’t receive an email, please provide:
Your order number
The missing item(s)
A note if the package looked damaged or tampered with (photos help!).
🟢 Wrong Item Received
Got the wrong item? No worries — we’ll fix it free of charge.
- Send us an email including:
Your order number
A photo, if possible (this helps us spot the mix-up).
🔴 Damaged Item
If your order arrived damaged, we’ve got you covered.
- Share a photo of the damage along with your order number.
- We’ll work with you on the best solution — whether that’s a replacement or another option.
Shipping
We will provide you with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
